module Gems::Idempotence
Tells whether a request can be sent again, mixed into the client and the connection pool
A safe request only asks the server for something, so sending it again leaves the server as it was and is answered as the first one would have been. A request that asks the server to do something, such as pushing a gem or yanking a version, is not safe: whether or not its method is idempotent, a second answer to a request the server has already acted on is the answer to the second one, such as the error of a version that the attempt before it yanked, so it cannot be sent a second time to find out whether the server acted on the first one, and is neither kept on a connection that may have been closed nor sent again (see {RetryHandler}).
